What a nice surprise today to be called down to the library to meet two of our County Community guards and the author of the Blue Heroes series of books. The guards entertained the children asking them all about Santa and how to keep safe during the holidays. Followed by Jessie reading her book to us and we got to follow the rhyming script and beautiful illustrations with our copies of the book to hold. We finished our trip with a visit to the town manger.
