On Saturday 29th April the Leinster Finals took place in Longford. Our U11 Mixed Basketball team had a fantastic start to the morning in The Mall by winning their semi finals against Lucan. In the afternoon they faced Portlaoise in the final. They remained determined and showed great team spirit till the end, alas it wasn't to be, but they proudly received their silver medals from our national secretary Shirley. Well done to them on this huge achievement and massive thanks to their coaches Helen & Áine who brought them so far in so little time.
