European Day
We celebrated European Day today. We rose the Tri Colour Flag and The European Flag to celebrate 50 years of being part of the European Union. We sang Amhran na Bhfiann and Ode to Joy. Second Class also played Ode to Joy on their tin-whistles. Each child coloured the flag of their own country and brought it to the ceremony.
We were delighted to have the European students from The Vocational School join us for the occasion.
