Today, Ross from Heritage Ireland visited 4th class. We had a brief discussion in our classes in relation to Irish place names and the meanings behind all our areas as Gaeilge. We then walked around our school discussing the many natural features, such as the beautiful trees, plants and insects which are all so important to our natural environment. Both I and the children learned so much from Ross today. Thank you Ross!!!
