The children in 4th Class were participating in Science Week, discovering how ice cream is made and what effects cooling has on certain items! We investigated this process using milk, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and of course lots of ice!! The children then recorded their results after the experiment. We all had great fun carrying out this worthwhile experiment!!
