Following their successful election, our newly appointed student council has hit the ground running! After their first official council meeting with Ms. Rawle & Ms. McLoughlin, the students are brimming with enthusiasm and are eager to engage in organising a series of events to make the school year more enjoyable and memorable for everyone. With fresh ideas and a strong sense of teamwork, they are ready to take on the responsibility of representing their peers.
In addition to the council’s first steps, the students had the honour of welcoming Cllr. Pat O'Toole during our campaign week. Cllr. O'Toole shared valuable insights with the students, offering guidance and inspiration for their leadership roles. His visit was a motivating experience, reinforcing the importance of active participation and the power of student voices in shaping their community.
