Fourth Class were very lucky to have a visit from the Gardaí and Ballymahon Fire Services to share some safety information, with emphasis on staying safe around Halloween time.
The Firefighters showed us the most common causes of fires, and ways to protect ourselves at home from fires while the Gardaí shared ways to stay safe during Halloween time. The children really enjoyed the visits, especially seeing the equipment the firefighters wear when putting out fires!
